SABA

A LITTLE BIT OF COOL

DESIGN

Saba makes a bold architectural statement. Apartment specialists, Paul Brown Architects created the initial concept for this unique apartment in Auckland CBD. The design was developed, honed and brought to life by architect, Matthew Waterfall of WatGunLow. It has a simple palette of concrete and shades of bronze, and a facade of checkered patterns of lanai balconies dissected by a strong cross form. A shared courtyard makes for a stunning green entrance.

The development consists of three stages and includes residential, commercial and highend retail. Stage One on sale now is 115 freehold apartments with designer fitouts.
